Job Description
- Manage recruitment and headhunting including developing job descriptions and job specifications, involve in pre interview, interview and post interview processes
- Facilitate new hires’ joining and exit process
- Able to handle Performance Management System and plan for Succession
- Initiate and manage employee engagement events
- Handle employee grievances
- Carry Training Needs Assessment and devise training goals, Annual / Monthly Training calendar
- Excellent ability to maintain HR employee records, data and prepare regular reports
- Analyze the effectiveness of all Human Resources efforts through survey and constant interaction
